Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request dates, browser information and security logs. Administrators use a secure login to manage site content.

How we use it and lawful bases

We use enquiries to answer questions, arrange experiences, communicate about bookings and corporate events, keep appropriate transaction records and protect website security. Our lawful bases will normally be steps taken at your request before a contract or performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. We do not use your enquiry information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

Who receives information

Information may be processed by the website hosting provider, our email or communications providers, and suppliers or experience-day partners where necessary to fulfil a booking or comply with the law. WhatsApp communications are subject to the provider's own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Server log retention depends on hosting configuration and should be verified with the provider.
